Notice is hereby given the regular meeting of the Palatka City Commission will be held on January 26, 2022 at 6:00 PM at City Hall located at 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL, 32177. The agenda includes but is not limited to public hearings on Ordinances 2023-01 amending the conditions of approval of the zoning of 623 and 625 Laurel Street to include restaurant use (adoption); 2023-05 imposing impact fees; 2023-02 rezoning 1900 Moseley Ave to Residential-1A; 2023-03 amending the future land use map of 7341 Crill Ave. to Residential Low; and 2023-04 rezoning 7341 Crill Ave. to Residential-1.

 The agenda of the meeting will be posted on the City website and at City Hall prior to the meeting. All meetings are open to the public. Individuals can call 386-329-0100 to obtain additional information.
