[ARCHIVED] PUBLIC HEARING - Adoption & Transmittal of Evaluation & Appraisal Report-Based Comp Plan Amendments

PUBLIC NOTICE

ADOPTION AND TRANSMITTAL OF EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL REPORT-BASED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS

The City of Palatka proposes to adopt a resolution transmitting to the Department of Economic Development at its proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan based upon the adopted Evaluation and Appraisal Report.  A PUBLIC HEARING on this resolution will be held Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the regular meeting place of the Palatka City Commission, 201 N. 2nd Street, Palatka, Florida, at or around 6:00 p.m., or as close as possible thereafter.

At this hearing the City Commission will consider adoption of the proposed Comprehensive Plan amendments.  The proposed resolution and Comprehensive Plan amendments may be inspected at the Palatka Building and Zoning Department, 205 N. 2nd Street, in Palatka, Florida, or on the City’s website at www.palatka-fl.gov.

All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing and be heard.  Written comments may be submitted to the Palatka Building & Zoning Department, c/o 201 N. 2nd Street, Palatka FL   32177. Persons with disabilities requiring accommodations in order to participate in these meetings should contact the City Clerk at 329-0100 at least 24 hours in advance to request such accommodations.
