TRANSMITTAL OF PROPOSED EAR-BASED AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND
STATING ITS INTENT TO AMEND THE COMP PLAN BASED UPON THE RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED IN THE EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL REPORT
The City of Palatka will hold a Public Hearing on the transmittal of proposed EAR-Based amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and stating its intent to amend the Comprehensive Plan based upon recommendations contained in the revised EAR report, in accordance with Section, 161.3171, Florida Statutes on January 11, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd Street, Palatka. The proposed resolution and Comprehensive Plan amendments may be inspected at the Palatka Building and Zoning Department, 205 N. 2nd Street, in Palatka, Florida, or you can view and/or download the amendments by clicking on the link below:

All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the Palatka Building & Zoning Department, c/o 201 N. 2nd Street, Palatka FL 32177.
