[ARCHIVED] Putnam County Participates in Statewide Preregistration System for COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments

From the Florida Department of Health: 

Pre-registration in Putnam County is now available by visiting, or by calling (866) 201-7193. The website will allow individuals who are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine to be contacted for confirmation of the appointment and provide a date and time. On the website, residents can select Putnam County and submit their contact information.  Individuals will be contacted by phone call, text or email and will be assisted in scheduling an appointment. 


Additionally, as part of the statewide preregistration system, each county has a designated number that individuals can call to pre-register if they do not have internet access, as well as contacting an operator to ask questions regarding the pre-registration system. 

  • Putnam County’s pre-registration line number is 866-201-7193. 
  • For the hearing impaired, they are asked to call the TTY line at 833-476-1447. 
  • Putnam County’s help line number is 833-540-2046.
