AMENDED NOTICE is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Palatka, Florida, will consider the enactment of the following entitled Ordinance 2023-21:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE PALATKA MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 50 SECTION 281 AS IT PERTAINS TO PARKS AND RECREATION FEE SCHEDULE REMOVING CURRENT FEE SCHEDULE AND DIRECTING FEE SCHEDULE TO APPENDIX A, CHAPTER 66 SECTION 4 SOLID WASTE AS IT PERTAINS TO COLLECTION CATAGORIES AND DESCRIPTIONS; AND AMENDING APPENDIX A (FEE SCHEDULE) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA AS IT PERTAINS TO FEES AND OTHER CHARGES RELATING TO: CHAPTER 18. BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS; CHAPTER 22. CEMETERIES; CHAPTER 50. PARKS AND RECREATION; CHAPTER 66. SOLID WASTE; CHAPTER 74. SUBDIVISIONS; CHAPTER 78. TAXATION; CHAPTER 86. UTILITIES; CHAPTER 94. ZONING; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERRORS
at its meetings to be held at 6:00 p.m. on September 14, 2023 and on September 28, 2023 at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, Florida. Said proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at City Hall during regular hours of business. All interested persons are hereby advised of such consideration by the City Commission and all interested parties may appear at said meeting at said time and place and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. This notice is given in accordance with F.S. 166.041.
