CITY OF PALATKA INVITATION TO BID ITB NO. 2021-11

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palatka will receive sealed proposals at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Palatka City Hall, 201 N. 2nd   St., Palatka,  Florida, until 2:00

P.M. EDT on Thursday, September 2, 2021, for the following Airport project: 6-8 Unit T-Hangar.   Bids received will be opened and read aloud in City Commission Chambers immediately following the submittal closing time.

 

There will be a pre-bid meeting for the project at 2:00 P.M. EDT on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at the Airport Terminal Conference Room, 4015 Reid St. (Hwy 100), Palatka, FL 32177.

 

Bids must comply and be submitted in accordance with the project's contract documents, plans, and technical specifications. Obtain copies of these documents through www.passero.com Bid Tab.

 

Copies of the plans and specifications and other Contract Documents will be on file and available for inspection in the offices of the City Clerk, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL, 32177 and at the offices of the Engineer, Passero Associates, LLC, 4730 Casa Cola Way, Suite 200, St. Augustine, FL 32095.
