The City of Palatka is interested in obtaining bids from qualified firms for the R.C. Willis Water Treatment Plant H2S Scrubber media and fan replacement(s). The work consists of the R.C. Willis Water Treatment Plant H2S Scrubber media and replacement or equivalent with the SPECIFICATIONS outlined in APPENDIX A & B. The City reserves the right to award one or both projects at the time of selection.

i. Lump Sum Bid on company letterhead signed by an authorized agent
(a) Detailed Cost Breakdown of grating, scrubber media (packing), fan, motor, and all other associated options as outlined in Appendix A & B.

ii. References: A minimum of three (3) references from previous clients. Include the name of the organization, the name of the contact person, and telephone number.

iv. Public Entity Crimes Statement - Attachment B
v. Drug-Free Work Place Certification - Attachment C Bidders that do not comply with all the above instructions or do not include all the requested data may not be considered.
