Separate sealed BIDS for the Granular Activated Carbon Filter Project, SRF Project No. DW054025 will be received by the City of Palatka 201 North 2nd St, Palatka, FL 32177 until 2:00 pm local time Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022, and then at the said office will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A Voluntary Site Visit is scheduled at 2:00 pm on April 8th, 2022, at R.C. Willis Water Treatment Plant, 320 N Moody Rd. Palatka, FL 32177.
We are not releasing an engineering opinion of cost. All queries about the contract and project shall be submitted via email to and mganoe@palatka-fl.gov. The deadline for question submittal is Thursday, April 21st at 4:00 pm.

Any Contract or Contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are going to be funded from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. Neither the State nor any of its departments, agencies or employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract. This procurement will be subject to the requirements of Chapter 62-552 of the Florida Administrative Code.
