ST. JOHNS AVE. STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS
The City of Palatka is seeking bids for the St. Johns Avenue Streetscape Improvements, Palatka, FL 32177. This project involves the milling and resurfacing of the existing pavement on St Johns Ave and the side streets to accommodate on street parking per the plans, to include landscaped bump-out areas, trash receptacles, bike racks, metal benches, signs, planters and minor electrical. The intersections will be modified to include decorative crosswalks and updated safety curb ramps.

Copies of the bid documents may be obtained from Ayres’ office for $40.00 dollars per set (hard copy) or electronic copies (PDF) can be emailed at no charge. Checks for hard copies of the bid documents shall be made payable to Ayres Associates. Payment is non-refundable and constitutes the cost of reproduction and handling. All interested parties must register via email with Jeffery Siewert, PE, Ayres Associates at providing their name, email address, mailing address and telephone number to receive any future changes, additions, addendums or notices concerning this ITB. Any qualified vendor should submit 1 original and 1 digital copy on a thumb drive in a sealed envelope marked "RESPONSE TO PALATKA ITB 2022-13 FOR ST. JOHNS AVENUE STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS” no later than 3:30 p.m. on July 25, 2022. Responses shall be submitted by mail, courier or in person to City of Palatka, ATTN: Sunni Krantz, Interim City Clerk, City of Palatka, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL 32177 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., EST, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays observed by the City.
