The City of Palatka is seeking is seeking proposals for a qualified and licensed contractor to provide services to design and install a new roofing system on the City of Palatka City Hall Annex Building located at 205 N 2nd St, Palatka, FL 32177. The City of Palatka is requesting that tapered polyisocyanurate insulation and cover board that is mechanically fastened with a minimum of a 60 mil, single ply TPO roofing membrane system be installed. Any necessary details, permitting, inspections, materials, and equipment rentals should be included and described in detail for this proposal.
