NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palatka will receive proposals in a sealed envelope marked “RESPONSE TO PALATKA ITB NO. 2023-13” at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Palatka City Hall, 201 N 2nd St., Palatka, Florida 32177, until 11:00 A.M. (EST) on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, for the following City Project: “Palatka Public Works”. Bids received will be opened and read aloud in the City Commission Chambers immediately following the submittal closing time.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 3, 2023, in the City Hall Annex Building located at 205 N 2nd St, Palatka, FL 32177.

Bids must comply and be submitted in accordance with the project's contract documents, plans, and technical specifications. A complete Bid Document set, including project drawings and technical specifications, will be available on Thursday, July 27, 2023, and may be obtained from Passero Associates, LLC at www.passero.com under the ‘BIDS tab.’

Copies of the plans and specifications and other Contract Documents will be on file and available for inspection in the offices of the City Clerk, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, Florida, 32177 and at the offices of the Architect, Passero Associates, LLC, 4730 Casa Cola Way, Suite 200, St. Augustine, Florida 32095.
