The City of Palatka is seeking bids for the South Historic District Storm Water System, South Historic District, Palatka, Florida 32177. This project involves the construction of a Storm Water Treatment System. Late submittals will be returned unopened. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at City Hall, 201 n 2nd Street, Palatka, FL 32177. The City of Palatka reserves the right to reject any and all sumittals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the ITB process and to award the contract(s) in the best interest of the City. Bidding documents may be examined in person at Ayres Associates Inc, 5220 Shad Road, Suite 200-3, Jacksonville, FL 32257, (904) 260-6288. Copies of the documents may be obtained at Engineer's office for $40.00 per set, which constitutes the cost of reproduction and handling. Checks shall be payable to Ayres Associates Inc.
