SOUTH HISTORIC DISTRICT STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS
The City of Palatka is seeking bids for the South Historic District Stormwater Improvements, South Historic District, Palatka, FL 32177. This project involves the construction of new stormwater collection/conveyance and stormwater treatment systems. All interested parties must register their name, email address, address and telephone number with the City to receive any future changes, additions, addendums or notices concerning this ITB.

Any qualified individual or firm desiring to provide the required services should submit one (1) original and five (5) copies in a sealed envelope marked in red ink “RESPONSE TO INVITATION TO BID 2017-10 FOR SOUTH HISTORIC DISTRICT STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS”. Late submittals will be returned unopened. Submittals will be opened as soon as possible after the submission deadline. Evaluation and selection will occur in accordance with the appropriate requirements at a time and place to be determined. The City of Palatka reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the ITB process and to award the contract(s) in the best interest of the City.

Copies of the documents may be obtained from Ayres Associates office for $40.00 dollars per set, which constitutes the cost of reproduction and handling. Checks shall be payable to Ayres Associates.
