The City of Palatka hereby request proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Administration services for a Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in the Commercial Revitalization category. The City has been awarded CDBG grant #19DB-ON-04-64-02-N 32 in the amount of $750,000.00 for the FFY 2017 funding cycle; therefore, procurement and contracting will follow CDBG regulations.
Proposals for CDBG Administration Services should include a fee for the services and an explanation or a basis for the fees proposed (Fee Schedule). Fees shall be lump sum for CDBG services. Respondents are required to submit one (1) original and three (3) copies in a sealed envelope marked with red ink “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR CDBG ADMINISTRATION SERVICES (RFP 2019-02)”. Proposals must be received by 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the City of Palatka City Hall, Attention: Betsy Driggers, City Clerk, City of Palatka, 201 North 2nd Street, Palatka, Florida 32177. Proposals will be publicly opened on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. at the City of Palatka City Hall.
The City of Palatka reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any in-formalities or irregularities in the proposal process and to award the contract(s) in the best interest of the City.
Administration service contract(s) may be subject to grant/loan award and release of funds by the funding agency.
