The City of Palatka hereby requests bids from responsible firms for a non-exclusive contract to rehabilitate a pump station (wet well). Respondents are required to submit one (1) original and one (1) digital copy on a thumb drive in a sealed envelope or container and marked with the proposer’s name, address, telephone number and “RESPONSE TO PALATKA ITB 2020-06 Lift Station Rehab" by April 7, 2020 at 3:00 pm.

Any qualified individual or firm desiring to provide the required services can obtain a complete copy of this Invitation to Bid with specs, required information and forms by email.  To receive ITB documents, any future changes, additions, addenda or notices concerning this ITB, all interested parties must register their name, email address, address and telephone number with the City’s Contact, Mandi Tucker, email . 

The City of Palatka reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the ITB process and to award the contract(s) in the best interest of the City.  EOE/DFWP
