The City of Palatka is seeking bids from responsible firms for road widening, reconstruction and storm sewer construction in Palatka, FL until 3:00 p.m. (local time) on April 14, 2020. Any bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. All parties interested in submitting a bid must register their name, email, mailing address, and telephone number with Passero Associates via email . A Pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, March 26, 2020 10:00AM EST at Palatka City Hall, 201 North 2nd Street, Palatka, FL 32177.
The project is being financed through the Community Development Block Grant Hurricane Matthew Disaster Recovery Program administered by the State of Florida Department of Economic Opportunities.
Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, Section 3, Segregated Facilities, Section 109 Executive Order 11246, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and Sate of Florida, and bonding and insurance requirements.
