The City of Palatka is seeking quotes for a qualified contractor to provide for the replacement of cement concrete sidewalk in various locations. Services will include providing adequate materials, labor, and equipment to perform, the replacement of concrete sidewalk in various locations throughout the City of Palatka, as directed by the City Representative.  The scope of work will include removal of existing sidewalk, grading, forming and pouring of 4” thick 3,000 psi fiber reinforced concrete.

The City reserves the right to enter into agreements with multiple respondents, waive any irregularities submitted, reject any and/or all submittals, re-advertise, and accept any submittals deemed to be in the best interest of the City. No fax or e-mail proposals will be accepted. The City of Palatka reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any irregularities.

Respondents are required to submit one (1) original and one (1) copy in a sealed envelope marked "RESPONSE TO PALATKA ITB 2020-11". All questions shall be emailed to the contact listed above and, all questions will be answered in writing.
