Assist in one of the following departments:

• City Clerk's Office
• Planning and Zoning
• Community Affairs (Parks & Recreation)
• Palatka Municipal Airport 
• Police Department
• Human Resources
• Public Works
• Fire Department
• Public Information

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Answer phone calls

Filing

Scanning

Assist with mailing and print production

Create and update databases

Keep site clean, safe and functioning

Set up equipment, water stations, coolers and keep all camp spaces well maintained

Organize summer events and activities, on site

Complete Errands to stores for supplies

Additional duties as assigned may be required depending on job placement

Must currently be enrolled in high school or college. Have the ability to work flexible summer hours.

Essential Physical Skills

Acceptable eyesight, hearing (with or without correction), lifting and carrying (up to 25 pounds, reaching, pulling, pushing, walking, standing, kneeling, bending, balancing, stooping, climbing, crawling, driving, operating equipment.
