In observance of Thanksgiving and the following day, Palatka City Hall, Building & Zoning, Public Works, Cemeteries, Palatka Gas Authority, and other administrative offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29, 2024. Offices and departments will reopen on Monday, December 2, 2024, during regular business hours.
Utility Services:
- No utility cut-offs will occur during the holiday closure.
- Utility payments can still be made online at www.palatkagasauthority.com or by phone at 1-866-869-5955 (Pay ID# required).
- For water or public works emergencies, please call 386-329-0107.
- For gas emergencies, contact 386-328-1591.
Sanitation Department Thanksgiving Week Schedule:
- Household Collection: Monday and Tuesday routes remain unchanged. There will be no pickup on Thursday or Friday.
- Yard Trash Collection: Residential yard debris collection on Wednesday will proceed as usual.
- Commercial Dumpsters: No changes to commercial dumpster collection.
