NOTICE is hereby given the Palatka City Commission will hold public hearings to consider the enactment of the following Ordinances at City Hall 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL 32177 on January 9 and 23, 2025 at 6:00 PM:
Ordinance 2024-15 for the approval of a planned unit development: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE PROVSIONS OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY WITH RESPECT TO THE FOLLOWING PARCELS OF LAND: 10-10-26-0000-0130-0010 LOCATED AT ON MCLAURY DRIVE, AND 10-10-26-0000-0200-0060 LOCATED AT 6201 SAINT JOHNS AVENUE, PALATKA, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENERS ERRORS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Ordinance 2024-16 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA PROVIDING THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA BE AMENDED FROM GENERAL COMMERICAL (C-1) TO COMMERICAL INTENSIVE (C-2) FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 110 S STATE ROAD 19, PARCEL NO.: 11-10-26-0000-0143-0020, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
