NOTICE OF AMENDED 2021 MEETING SCHEDULE

PALATKA CITY COMMISSION

 The Palatka City Commission meets at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL 32177 at 6:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month unless otherwise noticed or noted below. The agenda will be posted on the City website and at City Hall prior to the meeting. All meetings are open to the public. Individuals can call 386-329-0100 ext. 0 to obtain information on how to attend. Agenda requests and supporting materials must be submitted before 10:00 a.m. on the Friday two weeks prior to the meeting date.  

 

The City of Palatka City Commission will meet at the following dates and times:

June 14 – Special Called City Commission Meeting 4:00 p.m.   

June 18 - City offices closed in observance of Juneteenth 

June 24 - City Commission Meeting 5:00 p.m. at Putnam County School District Meeting Room 200 Reid St., Palatka, FL 32177

 

July 5- City offices closed in observance of Independence Day

July 8- City Commission Meeting 6:00 p.m. CANCEL

July 22 Budget Workshop 3:00 p.m. (All funds)

July 22- City Commission Meeting 6:00 p.m. (set tentative millage rate by this meeting)

 

August 26- City Commission Meeting 6:00 p.m.

 

September 6- City offices closed in observance of Labor Day

September 9 - City Commission Meeting 6:00 p.m. (1st Public Hearing on Budget)

September 23 - City Commission Meeting 6:00 p.m. (Adoption of Budget)

 

October 14- City Commission Meeting 6:00 p.m.

October 28- City Commission Meeting 6:00 p.m.

 

November 11- City offices closed in observance of Veteran’s Day

November 18- City Commission Meeting 6:00 p.m.

November 25 & 26- City offices closed in observance of Thanksgiving

 

December 9- City Commission Meeting 6:00 p.m.

24 & 25- City offices closed in observance of Christmas

 

 NOTICE:  Any person desiring to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at these meetings will need a record of the proceedings, and said person may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon with the appeal is to be based.  F.S.189.015.
