Notice is hereby given that the City of Palatka has completed its evaluation of bids submitted for this Invitation to Bid and has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to reject all bids submitted.
Reason for Rejection of Bids:
As allowed in the Information for Bidders, paragraph No 1 of the referenced solicitation, the City has rejected all bids submitted for this Invitation to Bid:
The City reserves the right to advertise a new solicitation for this project in the future, as it deems is in its best interest.
