NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF PALATKA COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Palatka, Florida, intends to adopt an amendment to the City’s Comprehensive Plan as described in the following entitled draft/proposed Ordinance 21-31:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY ADDING A NEW PROPERTY RIGHTS ELEMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
A public hearing on this matter will be held during the City Commission meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. on October 14, 2021 at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL 32177. Said proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at City Hall during regular hours of business. All interested persons are hereby advised of such consideration by the City Commission and all interested parties may appear at said meeting at said time and place and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. This notice is given in accordance with F.S. 166.041.
