NOTICE is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Palatka, Florida, will consider the enactment of the following entitled Ordinance 21-41:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF N 21ST STREET BETWEEN WEST MAIN STREET AND CONTINUING 180 FEET SOUTH, WITHIN THE CITY OF PALATKA ACCORDING TO THAT COPY OF DICK’S MAP OF PALATKA ON FILE AT THE CIRCUIT CLERK OF COURT OF PUTNAM COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR SCRIVNER’S ERRORS
at its next regular meetings to be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 28th day of October, 2021 and 18th day of November, 2021 at City Hall 201 N. 2nd St. Palatka, FL 32177. Said proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at City Hall during regular hours of business. All interested persons are hereby advised of such consideration by the City Commission and all interested parties may appear at said meeting at said time and place and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance. This notice is given in accordance with F.S. 166.041. Below is a map reflecting the subject area.
