[ARCHIVED] CITY OF PALATKA OFFICES CLOSED Nov. 24 @ 3pm AND ALL DAY 25 AND 26, 2021; GARBAGE SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

RE:           AMENDED PRESS RELEASE

CITY OF PALATKA OFFICES CLOSED 

BEGINNING AT 3:00 PM NOVEMBER 24, 2021

AND ALL DAY ON NOVEMBER 25 AND 26, 2021 THANKSGIVING AND THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING; 

GARBAGE PICK-UP SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

 

Palatka City Hall, Building & Zoning, Public Works, Cemeteries, Gas Authority and other administrative offices will be close at 3:00 PM November 24, 2021 and will be closed on NOVEMBER 25 and 26, 2021 to observe Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving. No utility cut-offs will be made during the holiday closure.  Offices and departments will re-open November 29, 2021 during regular business hours.

 

As always, utility payments may be made online at www.palatkagasauthority.com or by phone at-1-866-869-5955, (you will need your pay ID#). For water or public works emergencies, customers can call 386-329-0107 for assistance. For gas emergencies, call 386-328-1591.

 

Please note the following Sanitation Department Thanksgiving week schedule:

 

HOUSEHOLD COLLECTION: Monday and Tuesday will remain the same. There will be no pick up on Thursday or Friday. 

 

YARD TRASH COLLECTION: Wednesday residential yard debris will remain the same.

 

COMMERCIAL DUMPSTERS: There will be no change in commercial dumpster collection.
