CITY OF PALATKA OFFICES CLOSED DECEMBER 24 and 27, 2021 and DECEMBER 31, 2021; GARBAGE PICK-UP SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED
Palatka City Hall, Building & Zoning, Public Works, Cemeteries, Gas Authority and other administrative offices will be closed on DECEMBER 24 and 27, 2021 to observe Christmas; and December 31, 2021 to observe New Year’s. No utility cut-offs will be made during the holiday closure.
As always, utility payments may be made online at www.palatkagasauthority.com or by phone at-1-866-869-5955, (you will need your pay ID #). For water or public works emergencies, customers can call 386-329-0107 for assistance. For gas emergencies, call 386-328-1591.
Please note the following Sanitation Department Christmas week schedule:
HOUSEHOLD AND COMMERCIAL COLLECTION:
During the week of Christmas, Monday/Thursday residential pickup will be on Monday/Wednesday. Tuesday/Friday residential pickup will be on Tuesday/Thursday. Commercial pickup will remain the same.
During the week of New Year’s Day, Monday/Thursday residential pickup will be Tuesday only. Tuesday/Friday residential pickup will be Wednesday only. Commercial pickup will remain the same.
YARD TRASH COLLECTION:
During the week of Christmas, there will be no yard debris pick up during the week of Christmas.
During the week of New Year’s, yard debris will be picked up on Thursday Dec. 29.
