NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR REZONING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Palatka, Florida City Commission will hear Ordinance 2022-01, at its regular meetings on March 10, 2022* at 6:00 p.m. and March 24, 2022* at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL., 32177.
Ordinance No. 2022-01 is for rezoning of approximately 15.74-acres as follows:
A REQUEST TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA FROM CITY OF PALATKA PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT (PID) TO CITY OF PALATKA LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (M-1). FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: 7220 PRC WAY, PALATKA, FL 32177, PARCEL 01-10-26-0000-0010-0010, PT OF SW1/4 OF SE1/4 OF SEC 4, + PT OF NW1/4 OF NE1/4 OF, SEC 9 DESCRIBED AS LOT 1 IN, OR832 P1227; PARCEL 09-10-26-0000-0010-0021, W1/2 OF NE1/4 OF NE1/4 LYING, N OF ST JOHNS AVE EXTENTION, OR1049 P1581; A PORTION OF PARCEL 04-10-26-0000-0021-0000; AND A PORTION OF PARCEL 09-10-26-0000-0030-0000, A TOTAL OF 15.74 ACRES MORE OR LESS, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
