[ARCHIVED] Hurricane Ian; City offices closed September 28, 29 and 30, 2022; Sanitation Schedule

Palatka City Hall, Police Department lobby, Public Works, Gas Authority, and other administrative offices of the City of Palatka will be closed September 28, 29 and 30, 2022 due to Hurricane Ian. Offices and departments will re-open Monday, October 3, 2022 for regular business hours.


The 24/7 Putnam County Emergency Management information line is 386-329-1904.


For water issues, public works emergencies, street closures, and information concerning trash pickup, yard debris, and sanitation  call 386-329-0107 for assistance.


For Police and Fire Emergencies, please call 9-1-1

No utility cut-offs will be made during the closure. As always, utility payments may be made online at or by phone at-1-866-869-5955, (you will need your pay ID #).
