                        Areas to be cautious when traveling through;

                        Important reminders

                        

As Hurricane Ian approaches, the City of Palatka asks residents to be safe while traveling through the roads. The following road intersections are known to flood:

 

River Street and Laurel Street

Crill Avenue underpass

Crill Avenue and Moseley Avenue

Golf Drive and Moseley Avenue

Eagle Street and N 14th Street

Eagle Street and N 13th Street

Reid Street and N 17th Street

N 15th Street and Napoleon Street

St. Johns Avenue and Zeaglar Drive

 

Reminders: 

  • Sand and bags are available on a first-come, self-service basis at 100 N. 11th Street.
  • The 24/7 Putnam County Emergency Management information line is 386-329-1904.
  • For water issues, public works emergencies, street closures, and information concerning trash pickup, yard debris, and sanitation within the City of Palatka, call 386-329-0107 for assistance.
  • For Police and Fire Emergencies, please call 9-1-1
  • City Hall and other administrative offices are closed through the remainder of the week and will reopen on Monday, October 3, 2022.
