NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ORDINANCES
NOTICE is hereby given the City Commission of the City of Palatka, Florida, will consider the enactment of Ordinances 2022-24 and 2022-25 at its regular meetings on October 13, 2022 and October 27, 2022 at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd ST., Palatka, FL.
ORDINANCE 2022- 24: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING THE VESSEL KNOWN AS NOAH’S ARK AS A LOCAL HISTORIC STRUCTURE AND SUPPORTING AND ENDORSING THE APPLICATION FOR NOMINATION FOR LISTING IN THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERRORS
ORDINANCE 2022-25: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING CITY PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE PALATKA WATER WORKS ENVIRONMENTAL CENTER AS A LOCAL HISTORIC STRUCTURE AND SUPPORTING AND ENDORSING THE APPLICATION FOR NOMINATION FOR LISTING IN THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERRORS
Said proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at City Hall during regular hours of business. All interested persons are hereby advised of such consideration by the City Commission and all interested parties may appear at said meeting at said time and place and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. This notice is given in accordance with F.S. 166.041.
