NOTICE is hereby given the City Commission of the City of Palatka, Florida, will hear Ordinance 2022-26 at its regular meetings at 6:00 PM on December 8, 2022 and January 12, 2023 at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL, 32177
Ordinance 2022-26 is for rezoning of approximately 0.5 acres as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA PROVIDING THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA BE AMENDED FROM CITY OF PALATKA (C-1A/R-1A) TO CITY OF PALATKA NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (C-1A) FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: 1206 MOSELEY AVE., PALATKA, FL 32177 CENTER STREET S/D MB3 P129, BLK F LOTS 1 2 + S 18.46 FT OF, LOT 3 + LOT 23 BK201 P588 PARCEL NO.: 12-10-26-1370-0060-0010 PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
