NOTICE is hereby given the City Commission of the City of Palatka, Florida, will hear Ordinance 2023-01 at its regular meetings at 6:00 PM on January 12, 2023 and January 26, 2023 at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL, 32177
Ordinance 2023-01 is to amend the conditions of approval of the zoning of approximately 0.07 acres as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA PROVIDING THAT ORDINANCE 16-47 BE AMENDED TO ADD A RESTAURANT USE TO THE PUD/C-1A (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT/COMMERCIAL NEIGHBORHOOD) LIST OF CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IN EXHIBIT B FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 623 AND 625 LAUREL STREET, DICKS MAP OF PALATKA MB2 P46, BLK 40 PT OF LOT 1 BK73 P145, (EX BK166 P315) PARCEL NUMBER 42-10-27-6850-0400-0010; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
