NOTICE is hereby given public hearings to consider the enactment of the following Ordinances will be held at City Hall 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL 32177 by the

City Commission April 13, 2023 at 6:00 PM Ords. 2023-10 and -12, Ord. 2023-11 (adoption)

Ordinance No. 2023-10 is for the annexation of an approximately 0.49 acre property into the City of Palatka as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA ANNEXING INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA CERTAIN ADJACENT TERRITORY IDENTIFIED AS 3815 REID STREET, PT OF SE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OR 38 P, 558, PARCEL 02-10-26-0000-0360-0000, CONTIGUOUS TO THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF PALATKA; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Ordinance No. 2023-11 is for amendment of the Future Land Use Map of the City of Palatka: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA PROVIDING THAT THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE ADOPTED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BE AMENDED WITH RESPECT TO THE FOLLOWING PARCEL OF LAND (LESS THAN 50 ACRES IN SIZE) FROM PUTNAM COUNTY Urban Service (US) to City of Palatka Commercial (COM), FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: 3815 REID STREET, PALATKA, FLORIDA 32177, PT OF SE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OR 38 P, 558, PARCEL 02-10-26-0000-0360-0000, CONTIGUOUS TO THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF PALATKA; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Ordinance No. 2023-12 is for rezoning said property: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA PROVIDING THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA BE AMENDED FROM PUTNAM COUNTY COMMERCIAL, GENERAL, LIGHT (C-2) TO CITY OF PALATKA COMMERCIAL, INTENSIVE (C-2) FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: 3815 REID STREET, PALATKA, FL 32177, PT OF SE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OR 38 P, 558, PARCEL 02-10-26-0000-0360-0000, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
