NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF PALATKA COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Palatka, Florida, intends to adopt an amendment to the City’s Comprehensive Plan as described in the following entitled draft/proposed Ordinance 2023-06:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF PALATKA COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO ADOPT THE 2023-2027 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ELEMENT (“CIE”), WHICH INCLUDES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS THAT THE CITY INTENDS TO FUND, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, WITH DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES AND OTHER FUNDS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES, PROVIDING FOR THE TAKING OF IMPLEMENTING ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS; REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR NONCODIFICATION AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
A public hearing on this matter will be held during the City Commission meeting to be held at 6:00 PM on April 13, 2023 at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL 32177. Said proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at City Hall during regular hours of business. All interested persons are hereby advised of such consideration by the City Commission and all interested parties may appear at said meeting at said time and place and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. This notice is given in accordance with F.S. 166.041.
