Several of the City of Palatka’s parks and venues can be rented for events.


Booker Park / Lefty Turner Field Pavilion and Kitchen (Hours of Operation: 9 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.)

Booker Park and Lefty Turner Field Pavilion and Kitchen, 701 N 10th Street.  This park features a full kitchen, grills, and a picnic pavilion that can be rented for events. Call (386) 329-0107 for more information. 

Full Day: $200**
Requires $50 cleaning fee minimum 
$250 deposit 

Forrester, Fred Green, and Shaw Buck ball fields (Hours of Operation: 9 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.)

Monday - Friday (Per Day): $50*
Saturday, Sunday: $100*
Requires $25 cleaning fee minimum

Price Martin Community Center (Hours of Operation: 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.)

The Price Martin Community Center, 220 N 11th St., is a large community space in the heart of Palatka that is suitable for a variety of gatherings, from meetings to weddings.  Featuring a full, professional kitchen and plenty of free parking, the Price Martin Community Center is the perfect venue for many events.  Call (386) 329-0107 for more information. 

The following fees for renting the Price-Martin Center:

Full Day $450

Per Hour $60 per hour

Security* (minimum two officers)                                 $45 per hour

Security deposit (refundable)                                      $250 full day or $50 per hour

Seven percent sales tax also applies

Bronson-Mulholland House (Hours of Operation: 9  a.m. – 10  p.m.)

Rentals are limited due to ongoing renovations.

The Bronson-Mulholland House is a cherished historical landmark with a rich and fascinating history. This elegant residence, which is also known as the Judge Isaac H. Bronson House, has played a significant role in Palatka's history.  The large house and gardens are available for rental. 

The following fees are set for the Bronson-Mulholland House:

St. Johns River Center (Hours of Operation: 9 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.)

The St. Johns River Center is Palatka’s newest venue available to be rented. Located on the St. Johns River, south of the Memorial Bridge, the River Center is ADA-compliant and has a meeting room, a main space with museum exhibits on the St. Johns River ecosystem, and a large rooftop patio that overlooks the river. 

Meeting Room (Per Hour): $30 *
Building and Roof (Per Hour, Excluding Lobby During Operating Hours): $75 **
Rooftop (Per Hour, Excluding Lobby During Operating Hours): $50 **
Building and Roof (Full Day, Excluding Lobby During Operating Hours): $800 ***
Requires $50 cleaning fee minimum

*Requires $50 deposit.
**Requires $250 deposit.
***Requires $300 deposit.
The early access rate is $25 per hour (maximum of 2 hours).

Please note that additional fees may apply if extra cleaning or damage repairs are needed to return the facility to its original state. The additional fee for cleaning services is $25 per hour.

The City of Palatka reserves the right to require the presence of one or more police officers during any event, at a cost of $45 per hour per officer.
